Social Media Manager
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager who will be responsible for the Digital and Social Media channels in order to increase brand awareness and improve the engagement of the target audience in line with business objectives and company vision, mission and values. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, she/he will support the implementation of the editorial plan for both external and internal communication, creating quality content together with the marketing team. He/she will also partner with the Digital Marketing Manager on the management of all the company social media accounts. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of the main social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), has creative copywriting skills, the ability to engage social users, a deep interest in keeping up with new trends and advanced level of English.
Main Activities
- Create, manage, and publish original and high-quality content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Develop and execute editorial plans
- Maintain a cohesive social media strategy across various channels to achieve high levels of user engagement
- Create engaging contents
- Implement the company’s content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts, newsletters and other digital content
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and develop blog posts that align with marketing objectives
- Monitor social media activity and manage the social community, responding directly to comments and questions on social media posts
- Prepare and deliver insightful reports on digital and social media performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, industry developments, and emerging platforms
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- +5 years of previous experience in social media management or content creation (internship experience will be considered)
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Great copywriting skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge in using email marketing platforms such as Active Campaign or similar tools to create and manage email campaigns
- Strong propensity for teamwork and constructive dialogue
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Good eye for photography and for details
- Attention and curiosity for new trends
Nice to have
- Ability to create visually appealing email templates and optimize them for different devices and email clients
- Adobe package basic skills (required: Photoshop)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research
