The successful candidate, to be part of a consolidated and dynamic team of the Advisory Division, will be responsible for supporting the group in various activities including:
Main Activities
- Research, collection and processing of market and socio-economic data
- Evaluation of real estate portfolios or individual residential assets
- Portfolio analysis, aimed at identifying the best strategies for the enhancement and / or management of heterogeneous real estate portfolios by geographical distribution and intended use, with particular focus on the Living sector (residential for sale, rent, student housing, senior housing, coliving)
- Elaboration of market analysis through collection, processing and interpretation of data regarding demand, supply, real estate values, yields, rents and economic and demographic trends
- Key market parameters analysis (values, yields, absorption times, etc.)
- Business Plan / DCFs and analysis of real estate investments in terms of yield, economic returns and risk profile
Requirements
- A Master degree in Construction Engineering / Construction Management or Economics. Any post-graduate master in Real Estate Management will be a plus
- Excellent MS-Office knowledge, in particular Excel and Power Point
- At least 4-5 years’ experience in similar roles in prime Real Estate companies or in leading consulting firms
- Excellent English knowledge (written and spoken)
- Good time-management skills and flexibility
- Excellent analytical skills, proactivity and a team-work attitude are essential
