Intermodal Logistics Park of Mortara: PLIM SpA announces a new lease agreement

Only few months from the ending of the construction of the first logistics building of approx. 30,000 sq.m. of covered surface as integration of the already operating intermodal railway yard, the company PLIM S.p.A. announces an important lease agreement signed for approx.. 20,000 sq.m. in the Intermodal Logistics Park in Mortara.

FDM Documents Dynamics, consociate of Corvallis Group, leader in the document management sector chose the new warehouse located at the crossroads of important roads, railways and airport links and at the centre of the industrial triangle Milan-Genoa-Turin.

The grade A logistics warehouse have an height under beams of 12 mt., structure REI 240, Sprinkler System ESFR and 1 loading bay every 350 sq.m. and served by an intermodal module of 3 operative track roots.

PLIM S.p.A. is advised by GVA Redilco for the real estate services and the commercialization of the Intermodal Logistics Park in Mortara.
