This statement has been drawn up in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 106 of 10 August 2018, which transposed Directive (EU) 2016\/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applied Accessibility Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The technical specifications used as a reference for the assessment are the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. Conformance with WCAG 2.1 level \u201cAA\u201d is required by the Guidelines and corresponds to conformance with specific points of the European technical standard UNI CEI EN 301549.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conformance Status<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This website is partially conformant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, owing to the cases of non-conformance listed below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Commitment to Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dils S.p.A. is actively engaged in a process of continuous improvement of the accessibility of all its digital properties. This commitment takes the form of ongoing monitoring and the implementation of targeted technical measures to optimise the accessibility of its digital ecosystem. Despite this constant monitoring, the company acknowledges that there may be further non-conformant elements not yet identified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Non-Accessible Content (Limitations)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The content listed below may not be fully accessible for the following reasons: non-compliance with Law 4\/2004.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Semantic structure and Screen Reader navigation:<\/strong> the absence or incompleteness of headings, ARIA landmarks, semantic tags, or the organisation of information and semantic relationships may not facilitate navigation via screen reader. Some interactive elements may not be optimised to be read by screen readers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Colour contrast and legibility:<\/strong> some elements or colour combinations may not meet legibility and contrast requirements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Images:<\/strong> alternative text is in some cases missing, inadequate, or not sufficiently descriptive.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multimedia content:<\/strong> there may be a lack of subtitles, transcripts, or audio description for some content, making it unusable for users with hearing disabilities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Keyboard navigation and focus:<\/strong> the reading and focus order may not always be meaningful. Focus may not always be visible, or it may not be possible to skip between blocks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interactive elements and links:<\/strong> some links may be distinguished only by colour and may not make the action or destination of the link clear.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Text enlargement and Reflow:<\/strong> when resizing the page or enlarging the text, some sections may not reorganise correctly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Third-party embedded content:<\/strong> accessibility issues may occur with content embedded from third-party providers, over which the site owner has limited control.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automatic updates:<\/strong> the page may reload automatically without the possibility of stopping such updating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Methods for Submitting Reports and Contact Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Users may notify the service provider of cases of non-compliance with accessibility requirements, or request information and content that has been excluded from the scope of the directive.<\/p>\n<p>To report cases of non-compliance or to request non-accessible content (Feedback mechanism), a report may be sent to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Email address:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:accessibility@dils.com\">accessibility@dils.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the report, please indicate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the URL of the web page concerned by the report;<\/li>\n<li>a clear and concise description of the problem encountered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dils S.p.A. undertakes to provide a response and to propose a solution within 30 days of receiving the request.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enforcement Procedure (Report to AgID)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to art. 3-quinquies, paragraph 3, of Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004 as amended, and to the AgID Guidelines, in the event of an unsatisfactory response or no response within thirty days to the notification or request, the interested party may submit a report:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complaint to the Digital Ombudsman (Difensore civico per il digitale)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Users may send the report to the Digital Ombudsman (Difensore civico per il digitale, a key figure within AgID), established pursuant to art. 17, paragraph 1-quater, of the CAD, exclusively following an unsatisfactory response or no response to the feedback notified to the service provider. The report must be submitted using the method indicated on AgID\u2019s official website at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agid.gov.it\/.\">https:\/\/www.agid.gov.it\/.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation of the Accessibility Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Assessment Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This statement was drawn up using an assessment compliant with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016\/2102.<\/p>\n<p>The information contained in this statement was obtained from an internal self-assessment carried out directly by the service provider. The analysis was conducted with the aid of online services (automated tools) and basic manual checks. This verification process covered the main user journeys of the site and the most common page template types.<\/p>\n<p>No usability tests involving people with disabilities were carried out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Technologies used:<\/strong> the accessibility of the site relies on the following technologies (where applicable, and in line with what is required for WCAG conformance): HTML5, WAI-ARIA, CSS, JavaScript.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automated analysis<\/strong> with tools such as: WAVE, Sa11y, Lighthouse and Accessibility Insights.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manual verification<\/strong> of representative samples of pages and functions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>CMS used:<\/strong> WordPress (multilingual managed via WPML).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Date of Publication and Update<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This statement was drawn up on 22\/06\/2026.<\/p>\n<p>The statement is updated and republished on an annual basis, by 23 September each year, as provided for by the AgID Guidelines.
