Dils Portugal has been named Real Estate Consultancy of the Year at the Prémios Construir 2026, an initiative promoted by Construir that annually recognises leading companies and professionals across the real estate and construction sectors.
The distinction is based on a public vote and represents an important recognition of Dils’ journey in Portugal, just two years after the brand entered the Portuguese market.
As part of a European group with more than 50 years of history and a growing international presence, Dils has been consolidating a broad-based operation in Portugal across the different real estate segments, combining local expertise, an international outlook and an approach built around proximity, innovation and specialisation.
Pedro Lancastre, CEO of Dils Portugal, highlights the significance of this distinction in the company’s journey:

The award was received by Marta Silva Carvalho, Head of Marketing & Communications at Dils Portugal, on behalf of the team.
