An office use building owned by InvestiRE SGR has been leased to a multinational telecommunications company.
Rosario Grimaldi, Head of Listed & Opportunistic Funds and Angela Rijli Fund Manager of InvestiRE SGR, stated "The success of this deal stems from a synergy between two factors: a new space concept which oriented the refurbishment project towards an innovative layout, together with a marked appreciation of occupiers' requirements, allowing us to develop optimal design solutions aimed at satisfying their well-being."
"With this letting we confirm a positive trend for GVA Redilco, which to date has recorded an office take-up of about 40,000 sqm in the capital city, potentially reaching the milestone of 50,000 sqm by the end of 2018," stated Roberto De Grandis - Head of Rome Office of GVA Redilco. "This positive performance is also supported by landlords investing in asset improvements, which we believe to be an essential element for the highly active rental market, particularly in the EUR district."
