GVA Redilco advisor in the sale of two office buildings in Milan

GVA Redilco acted as advisor to Generali Real Estate SGR S.p.A., on behalf of a real estate investment fund for qualified investors, in the sale of the office building in Milan, via Monfalcone.

The deal also includes a preliminary sale contract for a second office building in Milan viale Monza to the same buyer, REAM SGR S.p.A., on behalf of Fondo Sympleo.

Both the assets are fully-let to prime tenants.
