GVA Redilco acted as advisors in the sale of the office building in Rome viale di Villa Grazioli 21/23, in the Parioli district, owned by Fondo Sympleo, managed by REAM SGR SpA.
The 4,000 sqm asset, built in the 1960s and recently fully refurbished by the vendor, was purchased by BNP Paribas REIM for € 37.7 million.
