Attività principali
- Identify and list properties in key areas of Barcelona;
- Collect and verify property documentation; sign mediation agreements per company commission policy;
- Manage client relationships and ensure clear, proactive communication;
- Oversee client interactions from first contact through deal closure and after-sales follow-up;
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client data in CRM aligned with business goals.
Requisiti
- Solid experience in real estate; strong knowledge of the local market;
- Familiarity with real estate, legal, and financial processes;
- Fluent in English and Spanish;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Results-driven, motivated, and a team player in an international environment;
- Proactive, hands-on, and flexible with working hours;
- High standard of customer service, especially with demanding clients.
