Object
The object is a modern independent business/office building developed in 2004 located at the Airport Business Park in Lijnden near the A5 and A9 highways and a short travel distance from Amsterdam and Haarlem. By public transport

Indexation:
Annually, based on the consumer price index (CPI) 2015=100, series all households, as published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).
Lease term:
5 years, plus subsequent periods of 5 (five) years each.
Rent payment:
Rent and service charges to be paid in advance on a monthly basis, both amounts plus VAT.
Security deposit:
The tenant must provide a bank guarantee for at least 3 months' rent and service charges, both amounts plus VAT.

Lease agreement:

VAT
VAT will be charged on the rent and service charges. When determining the rent prices, it has been assumed that the tenant will perform VAT-taxable services in the rented premises for at least 90%.
