Object

The rent per parking space is € 850 per year, plus VAT.

Office space rent:

The rent amounts to € 170 per m² per year, plus VAT and service charges.

The office building is easily accessible by car via the A5 and A9 highways north of Schiphol Airport and a short travel distance from Amsterdam and Haarlem.

By public transport

The object is also easily accessible by public transport. There is a bus stop within 500 meters. Bus line 194 from Melbournestraat Bus Stop goes to various destinations.

Service charges:

Indexation:

Annually, based on the consumer price index (CPI) 2015=100, series all households, as published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).

Lease term:

5 years, plus subsequent periods of 5 (five) years each.

Rent payment:

Rent and service charges to be paid in advance on a monthly basis, both amounts plus VAT.

Security deposit:

The tenant must provide a bank guarantee for at least 3 months' rent and service charges, both amounts plus VAT.

Delivery date:

Lease agreement:

According to the landlord's model, which is based on the lease agreement for office space and other business premises as defined in Article 7:230a of the Dutch Civil Code, according to the model established by the Real Estate Council (ROZ) in July 2015.

VAT

VAT will be charged on the rent and service charges. When determining the rent prices, it has been assumed that the tenant will perform VAT-taxable services in the rented premises for at least 90%.
