General

The NOW Building, located at Taurusavenue 16 on the innovative Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp, is a modern and sustainable multi-tenant office building with a total lettable floor area of approximately 6,134 sq.m. spread over five floors. The building is directly accessible via an underground parking garage and includes a logistics facility. Developed in 2017, the NOW Building is home to leading tenants such as Macaw, Sony Benelux, and Swiss RE.

NOW was the first multi-tenant building to be developed at Park 20|20 and is built entirely according to the Cradle-to-Cradle philosophy. It features a transparent and contemporary design using natural materials such as wood and terracotta. The building integrates numerous sustainable innovations such as solar panels, green roofs, thermal energy storage, and a purifying pond, offering a highly healthy and energy-efficient working environment.

Surroundings

Park 20|20 is the Netherlands' first fully sustainable full-service office park, inspired by the Cradle-to-Cradle principles of William McDonough and Michael Braungart. Accessibility

• By car: Easily accessible via the A4 motorway (exit Hoofddorp 3 / 3a). The Zuidas can be reached within 20 minutes and Schiphol Airport within just 7 minutes.
• By public transport: Within walking distance from Hoofddorp train station, with direct train connections to Amsterdam Central (25 min), Amsterdam South (11 min), and Schiphol Airport (4 min).

• Parking rent: € 1,995 per space per year, excluding VAT
