Dils, top real estate company led by Giuseppe Amitrano, enters the seventh edition of “FT 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies 2023”,
drawn up by the Financial Times together with Statista and ranking the first 1,000 companies in Europe enjoying the biggest revenue growth between 2018 and 2021.
FT 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies 2023 analyses European independent companies recording a primarily organic growth and revenues of at least 100,000 Euros in 2018 and of at least 1.5 million Euros in 2021. This ranking shows Dils is among the top real estate Italian companies in Europe for percentage growth between 2018 and 2021.
In the period taken into consideration, infact, Dils has recorded a 45.1% Compounded Average Growth Rate (Cagr) yearly, an Absolute Growth Rate of 33,2 €M, and a Relative Growth Rate del 205%. In 2021, the Group has achieved the best result of its history with a total revenue of 50 million Euros, almost doubled compared to previous year’s 29 million Euros, and an EBITDA adjusted almost reaching 30 million Euros.
The ranking also reveals Dils’ exponential growth in terms of team members: from 55 professionals in 2018 to 135 in 2021. Today between Milan, Rome and Amsterdam the headcount reaches 200, proving the company’s continuous investment in human capital and young talents.
Also in 2022, according to Dils’ Research Team, the company has been involved in brokerage and advisory investment-operations for approximately 3.5 billion Euros, equivalent to about 30% of the total investment volume for the year.
Added to these results are 600 million Euros of residential sales – approximately 1,000 units – bringing the Group’s transactions volume to more than 4 billion Euros.
