This statement has been drafted in accordance with Legislative Decree of August 10, 2018, No. 106, which transposed EU Directive 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Applied Accessibility Standards

The technical reference specifications used for the assessment are the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. Conformance to the “AA” level of WCAG 2.1 is required by the Guidelines and corresponds to compliance with specific points of the European technical standard UNI CEI EN 301549.

Non-Accessible Content (Limitations)

The content listed below may not be fully accessible for the following reasons: non-compliance with Law 4/2004.

Semantic structure and Screen Reader navigation: the absence or incompleteness of headings, ARIA landmarks, semantic tags, or the organization of information and semantic relationships may hinder navigation by screen readers. Some interactive elements may not be optimized for reading by screen readers.
  2. Color contrast and readability: some elements or color combinations may not meet the required readability and contrast ratios.
  3. Images: alternative texts may be missing, inadequate, or not sufficiently descriptive in some cases.
  4. Multimedia content: some content may lack captions, transcripts, or audio descriptions, making them inaccessible to users with hearing impairments.
  5. Keyboard navigation and focus: reading and focus order may not always be meaningful. The focus may not always be visible, or it may be impossible to skip between blocks.
  6. Interactive elements and links: some links may be distinguished only by color and may not clearly indicate the action or destination of the link.
  7. Text enlargement and Reflow: when resizing the page or enlarging text, some sections may not rearrange correctly.
  8. Third-party embedded content: Accessibility issues may occur with content embedded from third-party providers over which the site owner has limited control.
  9. Automatic updates: the page may reload automatically without the option to stop such updates.

Pursuant to Article 3-quinquies, paragraph 3, of Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004, as amended, and the AgID Guidelines, in the event of an unsatisfactory or missing response within thirty days to the notification or request, the user may submit a report to:

Complaint to the Digital Ombudsman

The user may send the report to the Digital Ombudsman (a key AgID figure), established under Article 17, paragraph 1-quater of the Digital Administration Code (CAD), exclusively following an unsatisfactory or missing response to the feedback notified to the provider. The report must be submitted using the method indicated on the official AgID website at https://www.agid.gov.it/.

Assessment Method

This statement has been prepared using an evaluation in accordance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

The information contained in this statement was obtained through an internal self-assessment carried out directly by the provider. The analysis was conducted using online tools (automated tools) and basic manual checks. This verification process covered the main user journeys and the most common page templates on the website.

No usability tests involving persons with disabilities were carried out.
