Valuation
Analysis of property technical characteristics and interior space planning
Country plans and portfolio monitoring through KPIs
Assistance during all phases of negotiation for property purchase and lease

Requirements

Qualification for the profession of real estate broker
Degree in Economics and Business or similar
3/5 years of experience in the role
Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point
Flexibility, team-oriented attitude, proactivity
