Marketing Specialist (Built to Rent Projects)
Dils entered the Italian Built to Rent (BTR) market as a first mover to set the standard as a professional operator of purpose-built residential buildings for rent on behalf of institutional investors. After creating an operating platform to manage BTR developments, we're now scaling up and quickly becoming the market leader with a portfolio of more than 1,000 units under management.
Main Activities
Within the Marketing & Communications area, the BTR Marketing Specialist will be part of the team that supports the BTR Department to manage the initiatives, dealing with the following activities:
- Definition of marketing plans for the BTR projects managed, effectively integrating online and offline tools;
- Development of ad hoc content for the different touchpoints (ads on portals and on Dils.com, content for digital campaigns, newsletters, DEM, brochures, landing pages, etc.);
- Management of ads on portals: content writing (copy and visual), uploading, analysis and reporting;
- Collaboration with the creative agency (internal or external) for the creation of new marketing tools or for the evolution of those already in use;
- Management of external suppliers (e.g. for communication activities, advertising, web development, OOH marketing, etc.);
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress and results of online and offline activities, providing timely analysis to share with the internal team and investors;
- Continuous comparison with the BTR team, to identify new marketing needs and opportunities;
- Analysis of market trends in the Real Estate sector, with a focus on the residential segment;
- Management of lead generation and contact nurturing activities;
- E-mail marketing: strategy creation, content creation and campaign management through the active campaign platform;
- Management of corporate social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), including planning, publishing and monitoring performance on the BTR initiative pages;
- Monitoring social media and customer care;
- Drafting editorial plans and content production for the various communication channels;
- Support in managing the editorial calendar, ensuring the timely publication of blog articles, newsletters and other digital content;
- Creation and management of content associated with new services and events to be advertised through our resident app connected to each individual initiative.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or similar disciplines;
- At least 5 years of previous experience in similar roles. Experience in the real estate market and, above all, in the living/hospitality/student accommodation sectors is considered a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of digital and traditional marketing strategies;
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
- SEM, social media marketing, e-mail marketing and lead generation campaign management skills;
- Ability to create effective content for different touchpoints;
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
