Main Activities

  • Selling of residential real estate developments and subdivisions
  • Advisory activities to support properties
  • Assistance in finding the most suitable real estate solutions for buyers' needs
  • Management of the entire negotiation cycle
  • Technical and contractual support for clients
  • Collaboration with the Marketing Area for the drafting and implementation of marketing plans
  • Real estate valuations and acquisitions
  • Search for new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Real estate agent license
  • Consolidated experience in the residential real estate sector
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Strong orientation towards achieving objectives
  • Ability to manage relationships
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills, proactivity
