Rentals Manager
Main Activities
- Define and implement the rental strategy for LF Madrid in coordination with the commercial leadership team;
- Set team performance goals and monitor agent activity, efficiency, and results;
- Ensure achievement of business targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
- Develop strategies to increase market share in key areas and collaborate on initiatives to attract landlords and promote services;
- Lead, mentor, and coach the team to support individual growth and improve overall performance;
- Support agents through the entire listing and rental process, assisting with complex cases when needed;
- Actively participate in offer management and deal closures;
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment, providing input on hiring needs and candidate evaluation;
- Stay informed on market trends and propose strategic ideas for business development.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the rentals sector;
- At least 2 years of team management experience;
- Strong knowledge of the Madrid rentals market, especially mid to high-end segments;
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills;
- Understanding of legal and financial processes related to real estate (preferred);
- Highly organized and results-driven;
- Excellent communication skills, proactive, and self-motivated;
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
