Residential - Senior Agent & Consultant
Main Activities
- Strategic consulting in defining and proposing investment opportunities to investors and real estate developers;
- Constant search for new business opportunities;
- Strategic consulting and real estate brokerage aimed at institutional owners, investors and end-users;
- Strategic planning of marketing activities for exclusive assignments;
- Marketing of residential real estate developments and subdivisions;
- Supporting in finding the most suitable real estate solutions for buyers' needs;
- Management of the entire negotiation cycle;
- Technical and contractual support to clients;
- Collaboration with the Marketing Area for the drafting and implementation of marketing plans related to the Living department's real estate initiatives.
Requirements
- Enabling to the profession of Real Estate Agent
- Consolidated experience in the residential real estate sector (at least 10 years)
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage relationships
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills, proactivity
