Senior Consultant Capital Markets

Main Activities

Coordination and supervision of real estate portfolio and individual asset analyses, aimed at identifying the most effective enhancement strategies, integrating a strategic market and investment vision;
Definition and review of business plans, DCF models and complex financial analyses related to real estate transactions, with in-depth assessment of profitability, expected returns and risk profiles, contributing to the definition of investment strategies;
Management and development of the market network, with thorough knowledge of the main operators, investors and stakeholders and ability to actively interact with the market to support origination and execution activities of real estate opportunities;
Analysis and critical review of contractual, technical and urban planning documentation, with ability to synthesize and enhance key information using advanced analysis tools.

Qualification for the profession of real estate broker
Proven experience in the residential real estate sector (at least 8 years)
Degree in Economics or related disciplines
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point
Strong results-oriented approach
Ability to manage relationships
Excellent organizational and teamwork skills, proactivity
