15 years of collaboration between Dils and Politecnico di Milano for the REM Master’s Program

For the fifteenth consecutive year, Dils has renewed its support for the REM – Real Estate Management Master’s Program at Politecnico di Milano, now in its 29th edition. This partnership reaffirms the company’s confidence in the university’s educational excellence, recognized last June as the top university in Italy and among the world’s top 100 according to the QS World University Ranking 2026.

On Wednesday, November 5th, at the Colombo Campus, Thomas Guardiani, Head of Living & Residential at Dils, introduced the company to the 21 students enrolled in the 2025 edition, who are engaged in a 1,500-hour program combining academic study and in-company training. At the end of the session, Dils awarded a scholarship to a student who stood out for her outstanding academic performance.

With over 690 graduates to date, the REM Master’s Program prepares the real estate professionals of tomorrow through a multidisciplinary approach that combines academic research, hands-on experience, and continuous program innovation.
