GVA Redilco advisor in the lease of an office building in Rome

GVA Redilco, a leading Italian firm providing consultancy, advisory and integrated real estate services, acted as advisor for the lease of an office building in Via di Villa Emiliani, 10 in Rome which will host the new headquarters of a high-profile international company operating in the telecommunications sector.

The property is owned by AREEF Sunshine, a real estate investment fund wholly owned by Ardian and managed by Prelios SGR.

GVA Redilco which was chosen as a strategic partner by Ardian and Prelios following a well-established collaboration, supported the multinational corporation in finding the most suitable location to host its headquarters.

The building is an independent asset located in the Parioli district, one of Rome’s most prestigious and elegant areas.
