A new Office deal for GVA Redilco, who acted as exclusive advisor in the pre-letting of 5,000 sqm within The Bridge, an asset located in the heart of the historic center of Milan and owned by Investire SGR, management company for the Monterosa closed-end real estate investment fund.
The office complex has a total area of over 10,000 sqm distributed across three buildings, arranged around a private internal courtyard. The whole of that building overlooking Via San Giovanni sul Muro, with 8 floors above ground and 2 basement floors, will house the headquarters of a leading Italian company operating within the financial sector.
The Bridge is the result of a total redevelopment project that has skillfully harmonized the three properties, enhancing and reinterpreting them considering the needs of contemporary functionality and based on international LEED Gold certification quality, safety and eco-compatibility standards
