GVA Redilco advises Prelios SGR on the sale of a logistics center in Tivoli Terme

GVA Redilco, with First Atlantic Intermediazioni, acted as advisor to the Ermete fund - managed by Prelios SGR - whose sole investor is a vehicle linked to global investment firm Sixth Street, for the sale of a logistics center in Tivoli Terme, near Rome. The Ermete fund bought the property in 2017.

The complex, which is fully let to major logistics operators, was purchased by Kryalos SGR on behalf of the investment fund Jupiter. With a land area of approx. 60,000 sqm and 20,000 sqm of covered surface, it occupies a strategic position in Rome’s eastern quadrant, only 15 km from the capital and close to the motorway network. This is a highly attractive location for distribution both towards the city and to central and southern Italy, as testified by the large number of industrial and logistics operators based here.

This transaction confirms once again the strong appeal of logistics on national and international investors, who are increasing their exposure to this asset class with a special focus on last mile products located in urban centres and areas with well-connected transportation networks.
