The Dutch team from Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten acted as advisor of Timeless Investment and Tristan Capital Partners for the lease of 1,000 sqm office space to Startupbootcamp, the industry-focused startup accelerator, and Innoleaps, a leader in corporate business-building.
Since 2008, KBF Warehouse, the former industrial complex very well-known in Amsterdam, has undergone a transformation into a thriving business complex consisting of five buildings, totaling 20,000 square meters of office space, that hosts a diverse range of creative activities and enterprises.
Currently, the investment fund Episo 5, owned by Tristan Capital Partners and Timeless Investments, is putting the finishing touches on the addition of approximately 7,500 square meters of new lettable space in KBF Warehouse, which will be available from Q2 2024.
