Bain & Company, one of the world's leading business consultancy firms – has chosen for its new Milan HQs Cordusio 2.0, fully refurbished by Hines.
The 5,000 sqm of offices, ranging from the third to sixth floor, was chosen for the high-quality of its refurbishment and its energy efficiency (LEED Gold certified), as well as for its central location which represents an attractive factor for young talent.
Piazza Cordusio - which will be at the center of a thorough transformation whose project was presented by the public authorities last month and which will also involve the contribution private real estate players - will soon host the new Uniqlo flagship store, due to open in September 2019.
