Celtic Italy, an advisory firm of the Fondo Spazio Industriale managed by IDeA FIMIT SGR, and GVA Redilco, the Italian partner of GVA Worldwide advisory firm of Seven One S.r.l., have successfully concluded the lease of a portion of the logistics complex located in Bagni di Tivoli (RM) to Seven One, a logistics operator and courier that was looking for a warehouse to expand its activities. The subject of the lease is a lot of the real estate complex in Bagni di Tivoli (Rome) owned by Spazio Industriale, the fund with a real estate portfolio of over 170 industrial properties, and managed by IDeA FIMIT SGR, the leading asset management company in the real estate fund sector. The real estate complex consisting of over 20,000 square meters of warehouses underwent a major renovation and refurbishment in August 2013 and is located on Strada Martellona, approximately 7 km from the Tivoli exit of the A24 Roma-Teramo motorway and 1 km from the Tiburtina highway. Seven One has signed a lease contract for 6,000 square meters, finding in the property the desired characteristics and a strategic location for its business.
