GVA Redilco acted as advisor in the letting of new office spaces in the Podium, owned by the Porta Nuova Bonnet real estate fund whose investors are the COIMA Opportunity Fund II development fund, the largest urban regeneration investment fund dedicated to Italy, and the listed real estate company COIMA RES.
Bending Spoons, the tech company born in Denmark and among the top ten globally by app downloads, has signed a lease on around 4,000 sqm which are due to become the company’s Milan HQ in the second half of 2020.
Designed by PLP Architecture International Ltd, the Podium, with its four floors of steel and laminated wood, is a modern building which is both attentive to the needs of individuals and is technologically advanced and green, earning it WELL Gold certification and Leed Gold certification for energy efficiency.
