Dils acted as commercial advisor for the lease of office spaces within the prestigious Torre Velasca to Jakala, a leading martech company in Europe.

Located in the heart of Milan's historical central business district, Torre Velasca is an iconic symbol of the city. The ongoing refurbishment project, developed by Hines and owned by a fund managed by Prelios SGR, is driven by a comprehensive, sustainable, and forward-thinking vision. The aim is to create a truly exceptional destination, offering a unique international experience. By integrating energy-efficient systems, improving the environmental quality of interior spaces, and the use of sustainable materials, this project aims to achieve the prestigious LEED Gold and WiredScore Silver certifications.
