Dils advises AEW in the letting of a 37,200 sqm logistics asset in North Rome

Dils acted as advisor to AEW in the leasing of a logistics asset in Passo Corese (RI), through the ‘LOGISTIS’ Fund, to an important international pharmaceutical logistics player.

The property is strategically located, given its proximity to Rome only 20 km away and to the A1 motorway, being 6 km from the Fiano Romano motorway exit.

The project is under completion – in accordance with the tenant’s specifications and with E2K as General Contractor – according to high standards of quality, energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. It will be certified ‘BREEAM New Construction’ Very Good. The Grade A asset will be delivered by the end of 2022. It will have a covered area of over 37,000 sqm and will be equipped with 38 loading bays, 3 ground level access points, a photovoltaic system, and a NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) sprinkler system.

This transaction confirms the Passo Corese area as the prime location for Logistics in Rome. In the last 24 months, Dils has been commercial advisor for about 150,000 sqm of new construction the district, with almost 60% of spaces let to AEW.
