Dils has acted as commercial advisor in the leasing of a 6,000 sqm office asset located at Via del Tritone 132 in the center of Rome to IWG, a global group of flexible workspace solutions, owned by Prelios SGR.

This iconic office space, recently renovated and featuring unique architectural elements, was originally built in the early 1900s. "The Signature," one of IWG's prestigious brands, will find its new home in this inspiring building. This successful leasing transaction further emphasizes the appeal of office properties in the Capital city. According to Dils' Team Research, the interest of office spaces in Rome during the first quarter of 2023 reached an impressive 69% growth compared to the same period last year.
