Dils advises on a fully let deal in the heart of the logistics corridor linking Lombardy and Piedmont

Dils has successfully completed the full letting of the “Gli Aceri Logistics Hub” complex in Trecate (NO), securing an agreement between landlord Kervis SGR and a global leader in luxury packaging solutions.

The logistics complex, covering about 50,000 sqm across two buildings, was originally designed as a multi-tenant park. Thanks to Dils’ commercial advisory, it has been transformed into a bespoke project that blends the industrial needs of a manufacturing company with the performance and functionality of today’s most advanced logistics hubs.

Located roughly 50 km from Milan, in a strategic position along the Lombardy–Piedmont axis, the hub enjoys outstanding access to Northern Italy’s main motorway, rail and airport networks. The project is targeting LEED® Platinum certification, underscoring its strong focus on ESG criteria and energy efficiency.

This transaction is a model of integrated logistics development, uniting industrial requirements with state-of-the-art logistics performance. It also highlights the rising demand for build-to-suit solutions in high-pressure markets.
