The assets were sold by DIE Italy SICAF S.p.A. managed by IQ EQ Fund Management Limited for Deka Immobilien to Savills Investment Management on behalf of institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
Fully let to three major international 3PL companies, the two warehouses have a gross floor area of approximately 100,000 sqm and 65,000 sqm respectively, and benefit from direct connection to the recently re-inaugurated railway line.
The BREEAM Very Good assets, featuring modern, Grade A, technical specification, will further benefit from a retro-fit plan aimed at improving performance, sustainability and ESG credentials, thus future-proofing the properties and reducing the need for development on new sites to satisfy strong occupier demand for high quality logistics space.
