Dils acted as advisor in letting over 1,600 square meters of office space to Statkraft Italy, an international leader and the largest generator of renewable energy in Europe, at Foro Buonaparte 60 in Milan.
The property is located in one of the most historically and commercially significant areas of the city, in a prime location just few steps away from iconic landmarks like Castello Sforzesco and the Duomo, as well as from consolidated business districts like Piazza Cordusio and Piazza Affari, where important companies have their headquarters.
The building has undergone a significant transformation guided by PFC Family Office. The renovation project included newly built, glazed volumes in the internal courtyard, the renovation of the façade and the internal spaces with an improvement of the terraces and the inner courtyard.
The target was also to enhance energy efficiency and achieve high sustainability standards, aiming for the LEED Gold certification.
Foro Buonaparte 60 is the perfect example of how historical architecture can meet new and modern spaces, providing a sustainable workplace that aligns with the requirements and principles of Statkraft Italy.
This additional deal in Milan’s Central Business District confirms the trend of increasing demand for refurbished, Grade A buildings that excel in terms of their ESG standards.
