Dils advisor for the new NUMA Milano Montenero location

Dils acted as advisor in the operator selection process for Numa Milano Montenero, the new location of digital hospitality brand NUMA in via Presolana 6, Milan.

The recently refurbished asset features 55 furnished apartments, each with a spacious private loggia, 35 parking spaces and a ground floor dedicated to services, including coworking spaces, a fitness area and a private internal garden.

Located near Rotonda della Besana and within walking distance of the metro, Numa Milano Montenero is set within Porta Romana, one of Milan’s most dynamic urban districts.

The new opening further strengthens NUMA’s presence in Milan, alongside its existing locations in the city, including NUMA Camperio, NUMA Sempione and NUMA Loreto.
