Dils Logistics team has finalized a letting transaction, making this brand-new logistics facility in Settala fully let. The spaces have been leased to a national logistics player, marking the completion of this speculative development. Dils acted as the exclusive advisor to the 'Thunder' fund managed by Kryalos SGR.

The asset, developed according to a project conceived by Logicor, is located in the municipality of Settala, east of Milan's metropolitan area and close to Linate Airport, and benefits from its proximity to the SP14 Rivoltana, the new A58 Milan's Eastern External Ring Road, and the A35 BreBeMi motorway. This strategic location enhances accessibility and connectivity, crucial factors in the logistics industry.
