Dils acted as advisor in the sale of a 13,000 sqm stand-alone asset located in Via Barrella 6, in Milan owned by a fund managed by Savills I.M. SGR and acquired by RealStep SICAF S.p.A.
The redevelopment of the building is part of RealStep's broader project for the Certosa area, which is strategically close to the Bovisa Campus (Politecnico di Milano), Sacco Hospital and MIND, the innovative district, which will host the future Campus of Università Statale. The area benefits as well from the proximity of the Certosa railway station, future stop of the Circle Line, and F. Verga public park of about 200,000 sqm
