Dils has been appointed on a co-exclusive basis by Carlyle Real Estate SGR S.p.A., successfully completing the leasing of a stand-alone logistics warehouse measuring 50,000 sqm to Fresh Tropical Srl by Jawad – a leading company in the importation of fruits, vegetables, and ethnic products. The warehouse is located in Mesero, facing the A4 highway in the western area of Milan.
