Dils and JLL acted as advisors in the sale of a standalone property located in Via Federico Confalonieri 29 in Milan. The property was sold to Patrizia SE, a global real estate investment company, by an investment vehicle owned by TPG Angelo Gordon, a leading international institutional investor.
The building, a newly constructed asset of approximately 8,788 sqm, represents an outstanding example of architectural excellence and sustainability, boasting LEED Platinum and NZEB certifications. Designed by the renowned architectural firm Park Associati, the building consists of two interconnected structures accessible from the corner of Via Confalonieri and Via Sassetti. The design includes a spacious entrance patio that leads to a striking double-height reception area. At the core of the building lies the Green House, an open and airy space that embodies lightness, well-being, and environmental sustainability, enhanced by a striking wooden staircase that elegantly connects the upper floors. The panoramic terrace on the fifth floor offers a breathtaking view of the “Biblioteca degli Alberi” park, a signature landmark of the Porta Nuova district, which reaffirms its status as a premier destination for institutional and corporate investors, further strengthening Milan’s position as a leading European hub.
This transaction further highlights the attractiveness of the area, which continues to record a significant increase in prime rents due to its accessibility and the concentration of prestigious companies. The deal also reaffirms the centrality of the office sector as one of the key drivers of real estate investments in Italy in 2024.
