Dils has assisted Henderson Park, a private equity real estate company based in London, in partnership with the Italian investor and developer Maston Investment Management, as commercial advisor in the purchase of a portfolio of three assets in Milan for € 221 mln.
The mainly office-use assets are in strategic city locations (Largo Augusto, Porta Romana and San Cristoforo Navigli), with high growth potential thanks to their proximity to the city center and to the city's most important urban regeneration projects, such as the Scali Ferroviari and the Olympic village.
The goal in redeveloping the portfolio is to satisfy growing demand for new, last generation spaces, in central locations and with projects featuring innovative use mixes and top-level services for the well-being of both tenants and the local community.
This is the first Henderson Park deal conducted in Italy with local partner Maston Investment Management and confirms the strong interest of institutional investors in the country, especially for value add product in prime locations and with high development potential.
