From 9th to 13th March 2026, Dils took part in MIPIM, the leading international event dedicated to the real estate industry, held as every year at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. The event brought together more than 20,000 industry professionals from around 90 countries, confirming its role as one of the most important platforms for dialogue among investors, developers, institutions and real estate operators worldwide.
In this international context, Dils attended the event with an increasingly European group. Professionals from Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and France worked together throughout the week, sharing local expertise and a common perspective on the continent’s key real estate markets.
Dils’ presence at MIPIM represented an important opportunity to meet investors, developers and partners, further strengthening the company’s positioning as an integrated European platform, capable of connecting opportunities across different markets and supporting clients and investors in Europe’s leading real estate hubs.
The 2026 edition also marked a further step in Dils’ international growth journey: France has officially joined the group, expanding the company’s presence across Europe and consolidating a platform that now operates in five countries with more than 700 professionals.
Alongside conferences and institutional meetings, the week in Cannes also offered valuable networking opportunities for the international real estate community. The traditional Dils Party once again proved to be one of the most anticipated events of the fair, welcoming more than 800 guests, including clients, partners and industry professionals.
Once again, MIPIM confirmed its role as a key observatory on the evolution of the European and global real estate markets. For Dils, participation in the event represents an important moment to strengthen relationships, explore new opportunities and contribute to the dialogue on the future of cities and real estate investment.
