Dils has succesfully leased 77,000 sqm in Vigasio Logistics Park – Verona.

Dils has successfully leased the remaining 77,000 sqm of prime space at Vigasio Logistics Park, acting as advisors to the "Vicus I" fund, managed by Prelios, and facilitating lease agreements with two key tenants— a major player in the food and beverage logistics industry and a prominent commercial refrigeration company.

Completed between December 2022 and March 2023, the asset, now under the management of a primary standing SGR, not only showcases the latest innovations in logistics design and functionality but also benefits from a strategic location alongside the A22 motorway, connecting Germany and Austria to the A1 motorway (Milan-Bologna-Florence-Rome-Naples).

After their involvement in the purchase transaction with Prelios, Dils is pleased to announce that Vigasio Logistics Park is now fully let. 

The success of this phase sets the stage for the anticipated second phase of the project scheduled for 2024.
