Dils in the letting of a speculative Logistics Park

Dils acted as advisor for EQT Exeter in leasing an 18,000 sqm logistics asset to PJ Supply Chain at the brand-new Logistics Park in Greggio (VC).

Located strategically near the A4 highway connecting Turin to Venice via Milan, Brescia, Bergamo, Padua, and Verona, the property is part of EQT Exeter's first logistics development in Italy. Consisting of two independent buildings built to modern energy efficiency and environmental sustainability standards, both classified as Grade A, these buildings feature advanced systems such as NFPA Sprinkler and LED lighting throughout. They have also achieved BREEAM Very Good green certification.

Thanks to this agreement, Phase I of the project is fully-let, while Phase II has commenced with the construction of a second 34,100 sqm logistics hub, scheduled for completion by October 2024.
