Dils has assisted Monterosa Fund, a fund managed by Investire Sgr, in the Sale of an asset for office use in Via Porlezza 8, Milan, to BC&, a Corporate, Tax and Legal Consulting Firm.
Located in the city’s historic centre, this office building – recently redeveloped by One Works – will house the future headquarters of BC&. Via Porlezza 8 extends over a total of 4 above-ground floors and one basement floor and has a large rooftop terrace and two car parks for a combined total of 1,200 sqm.
Built around 1850 and located within an old urban block, the building has LEED Silver certification thanks to a redesign of interior and exterior spaces based on sustainable, energy-efficient solutions.
The works not only focused on design and office expansion, but also transformed the inner courtyard into a flexible space and added a spectacular glazed skylight that will illuminate the interior workspaces with natural light.
This transaction once again confirms Dils’ decision to focus on the office sector, which in the first nine months of 2022 posted record numbers, with investments in the Milan market alone of more than 2.5 billion euros (almost doubling compared to the same period in 2021) and confirming the strong growth trend also in take-up, with a total since the beginning of the year of approx. 380,000 sqm, up more than 30% compared to YTD 2021, with 126,000 sqm leased in the third quarter alone.
