As advisor to the 'Iron' fund, managed by Prelios SGR and fully subscribed by BGO, Dils Logistics Team has successfully leased a 12,000-sqm state-of-the-art facility located in the Passo Corese logistics park, to a primary food operator.

The logistics asset is located in one of the most crucial logistics hubs in central Italy and boasts top-quality features, including LEED Gold certification, an internal height of 11.00 meters, and a total of 10 loading bays, ensuring efficient and sustainable operations.

Passo Corese continues to consolidate its reputation as the prime and most dynamic logistics hub in Rome. With an impressive stock of over 400,000 sqm of Grade-A space and an additional 90,000 sqm currently under construction, the area remains a prime destination.
