On September 19, during the 34th Rapallo Forum, organised by Scenari Immobiliari at the Excelsior Palace Hotel, one of the leading events for Italy’s real estate industry, Dils received the “Impresa d'eccellenza” Award. The recognition celebrated the company’s growth, its ability to innovate and its contribution to the development of the real estate sector.
The award was accepted by Giuseppe Amitrano, Founder and Group CEO of Dils, who dedicated the recognition to the commitment of everyone across the Group. In his remarks, he reflected on the company’s transformation from a business with strong Italian roots into an international group now operating across five European countries, driven by a model built on expertise, innovation and digital transformation.
Amitrano described the award as coming at a particularly positive moment for the sector, highlighting the growing ability of the Italian and Southern European real estate markets to attract international capital. Looking ahead, the CEO said he believed this was “only the beginning of a new phase of growth,” reaffirming Dils’ commitment to working alongside its clients and partners to help shape the future of real estate not only in Italy, but across Europe.
