Creating meaningful social impact is an integral part of Dils’ commitment to corporate social responsibility. Within this framework, the company is supporting the Ri-Nascita Project, an initiative dedicated to women—often with children—who are leaving situations of domestic violence and beginning a journey toward renewed independence.
The contribution follows an invitation promoted by Il Quotidiano Immobiliare, which brought together operators and stakeholders across the real estate sector in a shared initiative with strong social value.
Cascina Ri-Nascita is the result of a collaboration between the anti-violence centers SVS Donna Aiuta Donna and CADMI, together with the amateur sports association Campacavallo. The goal is to create a safe, empowering environment that supports women in rebuilding their well-being, confidence, and financial independence.
At the heart of the initiative is Cascina Carpana, a historic complex comprising over 2,600 square meters of built space and more than 30,000 square meters of green areas, granted by the Municipality of Milan for a 90-year term. The renovation currently underway includes architectural restoration and the development of temporary housing units, training spaces and craft workshops, areas dedicated to catering and food production, as well as facilities for educational, cultural, and wellness activities, including experiences connected with nature and animals.
Through training programs and professional internships, participating women will gain practical skills, work within the cascina, and strengthen their prospects for entering the job market, laying the foundations for genuine housing and economic independence.
Cascina Ri-Nascita will also be open to the local community, fostering connections, inclusion, and new opportunities.
Supporting this initiative reflects a vision of growth that goes beyond financial performance, recognizing social and urban regeneration, and contribution to the community, as essential components of sustainable development aimed at creating long-term shared value.
