GVA Redilco has advised InvestiRE SGR S.p.A. in the sale to Beni Stabili SIIQ of “Innovation 3”, an asset in Milan, viale dell’Innovazione 3. Bicocca area is one of the most dynamic areas of the city, chosen for its HQ by some of the most important companies and financial institutions.
