GVA Redilco has advised InvestiRE SGR S.p.A. in the sale to Beni Stabili SIIQ of "Innovation 3", an asset in Milan, viale dell'Innovazione 3. Bicocca area is one of the most dynamic areas of the city, chosen for its HQ by some of the most important companies and financial institutions.
"Innovation 3" is a Grade A office complex built in 2000 and consists of two adjacent buildings of 7 floors each, plus two underground floors. The surface is about 37,000 sqm plus 261 underground parking lots, and is rented to leading international companies.
