The Capital Markets teams of Cushman & Wakefield and GVA Redilco have assisted Kryalos SGR SpA as advisors in the sale of the historic building in Via Santa Margherita 12-14.
The prestigious office building is located in the centre of Milan and covers a total area of over 6,500 sqm oN six floors.
Built at the end of the 19th century, the asset was the subject of a conservative restoration project between 2015 and 2017, thanks to which it obtained LEED Platinum certification and THE signature of three lease contracts with prestigious international tenants.
The sale of the property was valued at € 102.5 million.
