Dils acted as advisor in the letting of about 3,000 sqm of offices for the new Milan headquarters of K&L Gates, in the project named “The Medelan” in Piazza Cordusio.
The prestigious and iconic trophy asset, a DeA Capital Real Estate SGR initiative, is one of the city’s most significant historic buildings. It was recently redeveloped to the highest quality and energy efficiency standards, contributing to the wider transformation of the Cordusio area into an exclusive location for business and shopping.
This deal confirms the high interest and demand for prime, Grade A+ products. According to data from Dils Research Team, in H1 2022 Grade A/A+ assets represented about 80% of the total sqm transacted in the Milan market, an increase compared to the full-year 2021 value.
