Dils acted as a commercial advisor in the forward purchase by Invesco Real Estate of a modern Logistics park in Chiari (Brescia), developed and sold by Techbau S.p.A.
The hub, whose construction was completed this month, consists of two buildings with a total area of about 84,000 sqm, of which almost 14,000 sqm have been pre-let to an Italian player in the Logistics sector. The assets were built to Grade A standard and will achieve LEED Gold certification.
The park is on an area of about 195,000 sqm adjacent to the Chiari motorway exit, along the A35 'BreBeMi' motorway, a strategic location thanks to the ease of connection with Milan and good access to the main national and international infrastructure networks.
This deal highlights how the market for Logistics real estate developments in Italy continues to grow, fuelled by extremely dynamic end user demand for modern real estate and by supply which remains limited.
